BAL SOLARIUM
Design in progress for the renovation of a 1970’s painted steel solarium into a fully enclosed and conditioned indoor-outdoor living room to compliment this colonial revival house. With a cathedral ceiling and the windows all open, the solarium is the perfect spot for a summer evening meal. In the winter, the family can gather around the fire place and watch the snow fall outside.
