Renovation of the Staff Suite of TechTown, a nonprofit incubator and entrepreneurship hub for Detroit small businesses and tech startups. The staff suite renovation reimagines their office space in the era of hybrid-remote work to swap cubicles for collaboration and choice. Dedicated workspaces intersperse with flexible seating, and small- and large-group collaboration areas are provided with white boards, smartboards, and televisions. A megabench provides a large group gathering area with nested low and high seating, and a lounge space nestles in a corner window.
